What is CSA?
CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. A CSA is a farming model in which customers sign-up and purchase a membership to receive a weekly (or bi-weekly) share of local, fresh vegetables for 16 weeks. We offer 16 sites in the area - Indiana, Ebensburg, Nicktown, Altoona, and Johnstown - where members conveniently pick-up their weekly box.
Over a 16-week summer season, many families spend around $50 per week on grocery store produce alone. Our CSA share options offer a predictable, upfront cost and a weekly box of fresh, locally grown vegetables - often at a lower weekly price. It’s a simple way to support local farming, eat seasonally, and know exactly where your food comes from.
